A ton of new worthless Posts and Warlords of Draenor!!!

I recon the title kind of says it all and since it was summer I sort¬†of let it go (you know like Elsa from the YOLO song) and I failed in all that there is to fail when it comes to keeping all blogs alive (cause there just simply are too many of them damn it!). Among other things I sort of messed up the whole guide concept on my main blog as well and have not spoken of any serious guide or reviewed anything new in a darn long time, but instead I bothered my mind with plenty of other cool things (like porn … game porn off course in the form of DOAX) for most of the time! However all that ended with the pre-launch events from Warlords of Draenor that finally brought me back on track and reminded me of the importance of guides whenever a bloody new expansion comes out. New expansion? No? Nothing?! Well here you have a cinematic … knock yourselves out:

Warlords of Draenor Cinematic and Launch – The chaps from Blizz finally did something right and this time nobody can call the orcs a bunch of pansies as they did with the pandas (which they are not and I will bash you if you dare say otherwise! Man I play a pandaren as my main for quite some time now). So far Warlords looks pretty good and if everything goes well for everyone we might just enjoy the best expansion in quite a long time now … Also many players have already said that they will be returning to Azeroth to check out old Draenor and if all is cool I guess they might just linger around for some time and keep us some vet company. And that is pretty cool … Not to even mention all the noobs that the tide will bring as well … Plenty of BG kills to be done and youngbloods to annoy ūüôā

Dead or Alive Xtreme 2 РBeach Volleyball РSpeaking of game porn this certainly has to be the grandaddy of them all. Almost all of them DoA games are clearly putting the emphasis more and more on the tits without even trying to hide it anymore (seriously just check out my article and watch the videos I picked), and that is quite a nice thing if you think of it in the context of a hot summer where the only thing you are lacking is a proper relaxing game that combines babes and sports for your viewing pleasure. Anyways I made up an entire serious gaming article on it so it has to mean something!

WildStar – Brand New MMO in Space – Among many other things I also tried out WildStar, the new childish mmo in space that wants itself cool, and wishes to rival WoW one day, but I am afraid that its fate will end up being the same as that of any mediocre roleplaying game that was ever made by these same devs … Although this one showed so much more potential from almost any point of view. Still it barely started up and perhaps it might just be too soon to judge, but anyways I covered it as well!

Other slightly older recommendations include some more comments on the updated Warcraft models (Human, Night Elf and Draenei) and off course a pretty nifty recommendation for a website/channel that goes by the label of CreativeMonekeyz (which I still warmly recommend so pay them a visit sometimes will ya). And off course there is also a messed up comment on Hearthstone (game from which I decided to take a break since last time things were not all that good!) and that is it … Pfffeeewwww, this was harder than I had originally anticipated, even with the last three updates packed up in one paragraph!

Making money from games while playing Blizzard’s newest expansions and more!

So the update for the previous weeks includes quite an interesting and weird combination of random stuff¬†from the big world of gaming that contains, without being limited to, obligatory Blizzard content (2 posts), more games of ’14, get paid to play type of post and just average chit-chat about some average games. With these being told allow me to make a short intro for each article and leave you to discover them on your own if you find at least couple of them a little appealing.

First one up is a petite article in which I get to rant about the updates for Warlords of Draenor, such as that stupid Boost to 90¬†reserved only for those who will pre-order the bloody expansion (or for those who will pay big extra money for even more boosts, as if the damn subscription wasn’t enough) and off course somewhere in there I’m also buzzing about the D3 expansion as that too keeps on getting shoved into our faces as we play Hearthstone (The FIRST free-to-play Blizzard game – Honestly I never thought I’d live to see this day). And off course some other extra features include a few guide referces for those who boost to 90 and also a couple more model updates and photos. Second update is a much shoter and more to the point version of the Diablo 3: Reaper of Souls Launch that wasn’t and this time I really mean it, it wasn’t as great as the original D3 that got everyone crazy about stuff. No sir, this was small and concise, with very little oversell issues that just simply managed to break even (and that should b considered an achievement). Anyways I’m also endorsing a couple of guides, but I’m not very fond of either of those either, still if you’re into it, check them and maybe you’ll find them useful. Third update for this round is the fourth episode of the series of games that one should play in order to consider 2014 a good year in gaming. Sure thing you can play any crap that comes out and then rant about how good were the old games, but if you stick to this list the swearing should be kept at a minimum (at least the one tied to the quality of the game, I’m not saying anything about no frustration swearing, that’s entirely up to you). So then the games in episode IV of my strategy guide are:

  1. Final Fantasy XIII – Lightning Returns
  2. inFamous Second Son
  3. Metal Gear Solid V
  4. Thief (4)

These titles are the ones you’ll find debated a little alongside a small presenation video for each and everyone of them where I say a thing or two about how the game should be and about how will it actually probably be as seen from previous versions of the game (provided there is such a version) . And finally the fourth update, which also happens to be my latest article on the big blog (the self-hosted and lined version of this blog you’re reading right now), because I was simply too lazy to write anything else up until this article (this very one, I don’t kow if you’ve noticed, but I’ve actually wrote about 700 words for a simple link article, so that has to mean something). So then I was thinking that it would be really interesting to talk a little about video game economics and basically making money while playing games in a couple different ways. In here as well you’ll enjoy a nice well placed product recommendation (gamingjobsonline and becomeagametester to be more precise) and off course a nice intro video by pbs (though it was worth mentioning) that talk a little about the economics of video games in a much more direct and understandable manner. And you probably aren’t surprised to find out that the list includes titles such as World of Warcraft, Diablo III or Eve Online, as games that have virtual economies measured in millions (bigger than some bloody countries actually), but anyways for the whole stuff do check out the entire article -> Strategy Guide to: Making Money from Video Games version 2.0¬†@strategy-game-guides.com

And that’s quite it for me, do feel free to check back anytime soon for more updates from the wide world of gaming and I don’t know, like, share and subscribe? Nah, that’s only working probably on youtube but since this is a reading platform I guess a bookmark endorsment would be more welcome, so bookmark it! Till next time, then have fun and keep thy game up!

2014 in Terms of Games, Guides and Strategies

Damn long time no see on this blog here, but there’s nothing to worry about, because we still here and by the looks of it, 2014 is going to be a very rich year in terms of gaming. So not only we won’t be running out of material to speak on, but I guess that we might just find it difficult to over all the good subjects (we’ll give it a shot at least that’s for certain). And just to give you a taste of what we’re gona talk about this year here’s the latest from the main .com blog we be runnin’:

most-anticipated-games-2014

So this would be quite it in terms of main topics that started the gaming discussion on the blog. Mainly the topics should continue in the same manner as long as nothing unintended comes in, in which case certain changes might be needed.
